  • SportsDay will integrate the supplier's full iFrame solution, including managed trading and risk management.
  • The deal follows other strategic moves in 2026 and builds on DATA.BET's previous work in the African market.

Sports data and technology firm DATA.BET has announced a new partnership with SportsDay, an operator with a strategic focus on markets within Africa. The agreement marks a key development in DATA.BET’s expansion strategy for the region, coming as the firm enters the fourth quarter of 2026. Under the terms of the deal, SportsDay will integrate DATA.BET’s full sportsbook iFrame solution to power its betting offer.

Comprehensive iFrame Solution

The core of the agreement is the provision of DATA.BET’s turnkey iFrame solution. This platform is designed as a comprehensive package for operators, featuring the company’s Managed Trading Services (MTS). The MTS component ensures the delivery of odds on a 24/7 basis, supported by integrated risk management protocols. The entire sportsbook is presented through a Single Page Application, which is engineered to provide a fluid and responsive experience for the end-user.

The breadth of the content supplied through the partnership is substantial. SportsDay’s customers will have access to betting opportunities across traditional sports, a full range of esports titles, and virtual sports. The data feed covers more than 100 different disciplines, offering a diverse selection for bettors. This content is further broken down into over 3,000 unique betting markets, applied across a schedule of approximately 100,000 events every month.

Beyond the core odds and data, the solution is augmented with a suite of modern betting features. A bet builder function will be included, allowing punters to construct their own personalised wagers from multiple markets within a single event. The user interface will also be enhanced by a collection of widgets, including dynamic scoreboards, sports-specific data displays, and a pitch tracker for visualising in-play action.

Continued Strategic Momentum

This deal with SportsDay continues a period of notable commercial and product development for DATA.BET throughout 2026. During the year, the company has entered into a number of new partnerships while also expanding into fresh product verticals, such as the emerging field of prediction markets. The firm’s data infrastructure is also strengthened by an established partnership with global sportech and data corporation, Genius Sports.

The agreement represents a deliberate and continued push into the African betting landscape. It builds upon DATA.BET’s previous activities on the continent, which include facilitating the debut of an esports betting service for the major South African operator, Hollywood Bets. The new collaboration with SportsDay, where Ajimuda Timilehin is Head of Marketing, further cements the supplier’s regional footprint. Otto Bonning, Head of Sales at DATA.BET, managed the commercial arrangements for the supplier.
