Kroy Biermann Ordered to Pay Over $64,000 in Bahamas Casino Debt
A court in Georgia has authorised collection enforcement against Kroy Biermann for an unpaid casino credit line from 2021. The debt, owed to Baha Mar Casino operator Sky Warrior, totals more than $64,000 following a default judgment originally secured in New Jersey.

- Kroy Biermann faces a court order to pay over $64,000 related to a 2021 casino trip.
- The debt stems from a credit agreement with Sky Warrior at the Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas.
- A Georgia judge has now permitted collection enforcement in Biermann's home state after he defaulted in a prior case.
Georgia Court Greenlights Collection
A judge in Fulton County, Georgia, has ruled that Kroy Biermann must pay more than $64,000 to settle an outstanding casino debt. The order, signed on 17 March, allows Sky Warrior, the operator of the Baha Mar Casino's gaming floor, to pursue collection in Georgia, Biermann’s home state. This development marks the latest stage in a multi-state legal effort to recover funds related to a credit agreement from 2021.
The case originates from a trip Biermann took to the Bahamas three years ago. During his visit, he entered into a credit agreement with Sky Warrior, the entity responsible for managing credit lines at the popular resort. According to the subsequent lawsuit, Biermann failed to honour the terms of this agreement, leaving a significant balance unpaid.
Multi-State Legal Pursuit
In 2023, Sky Warrior initiated legal proceedings to reclaim the debt. The company pursued its case through the legal system in New Jersey, where Biermann ultimately defaulted on the action. This default judgment established the legal basis for the debt but required further steps to be enforced in Biermann's state of residence.
Following the New Jersey default, Sky Warrior's legal team filed a request to transfer the collection enforcement action to Georgia. The Fulton County judge approved this request, effectively domesticating the foreign judgment from New Jersey and making it legally enforceable in the state.
Details of the Judgment
The Georgia ruling specifies the financial components of the debt. It states that the judgment awards Sky Warrior the principal sum of $52,500. On top of this base amount, the order includes an unspecified sum for prejudgment interest.
The court also awarded Sky Warrior an additional $11,927.35 to cover its legal fees and other costs incurred during the process. The combined total that Biermann has been ordered to pay exceeds $64,400. With this ruling, Sky Warrior is now legally permitted to begin collection efforts against Biermann's assets within the state of Georgia.
